He studied drawing and painting in the Academy of Arts and Crafts of San Carlos in Valencia under the professors José Mayor and Vicente Gil.
In 1952 and 1953 he obtained the first prize in oil and watercolours, with a studious visit to Paris organised by the Syndical Foundation of Valencia.
First prize and Diploma of honour in the biennial of Moncada 1956.Obtained the Silver Medal in the National Exhibition of Alicante. Obtained the Goerlich-Miquel prize in the Circle of Fine Arts of Valencia. In 1968 he was awarded the prize of the Real Maestranza de Caballería of Seville by the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of Santa Isabel de Hungría. |
