Our objective is to give complete satisfaction to our clients, therefore, for whatever motive, you are not entirely satisfied on receiving your order, you have 14 days from reception to return or change it. The articles must be in perfect condition. We ask you to include the order form in the return. To make the change or the return you must send an e-mail to: info@omniumars.com  indicating your motives and we will in form you on how to proceed.

You will only have to take charge of the cost of returning goods to OmniumArs. Once the return is approved and the work received in perfect condition, you will receive the payment by the same method you made the payment. The sum returned will not include the costs originated by the return.
The firm reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent outside the fixed period or articles not received in the same conditions in which they were sent.
In the case of a change of article, once made the new order, shipment costs will be free.
